1. What products are available in the Fuel Up Cups program?
The Fuel Up Cups program includes officially-licensed SpiritCups and SpiritTravelCups. 
SpiritCups are 18-ounce, dishwasher safe, BPA-free, plastic cups with one-of-a-kind 3D animation. The cups are proudly made in the USA and sold in packs containing four cups of the same team design.
SpiritTravelCups are our newest product and perfect for hot and cold beverages. The cups are insulated 16-ounce, dishwasher safe, spill proof/drop resistant, BPA-free and made in the USA. They also feature the same exclusive 3D animation seen on our SpiritCups. SpiritTravelCups are sold in packs of two cups of the same design with two lids.
2. What teams do you feature?
We offer all 32 NFL teams.
3. Do you sell lids for your cups?
SpiritCups do not include lids. SpiritTravelCups do include lids.
4. Are your cups dishwasher safe? Microwave safe?
Both types of cups are dishwasher safe (top shelf recommended), but not recommended for use in the microwave.
5. Are Fuel Up Cups BPA-free?
Yes! Both types of cups are Bisphenol A-free and recyclable.
6. Can Fuel Up Cups be frozen?
This is not recommended for either type of cup due to possible cup cracking.
7. Are other professional sports or college teams available?
Through our affiliation with the National Football League, the Fuel Up Cups program is focused on NFL cups. All 32 NFL teams are available, plus other pro sports, colleges and military.

8. What is my school’s earning potential?
The cost of each 4-pack of SpiritCups or 2-pack of SpiritTravelCups is $18. Your school will earn $7.25 profit for every pack sold. Additionally, your school receives $0.50 in Bonus Dollars for every pack sold.
9. Do I have to purchase Fuel Up Cups inventory upfront?
There are absolutely no up-front costs or risks for your school. The Fuel Up Cups program runs on a pre-sale basis, meaning that your participants collect all of the money for orders at the time of sale. You keep your profits and pay us only when submitting your master order!
10. Should I order sample Fuel Up Cups for my participants?
The overwhelming answer is YES! Sample cups are proven to increase sales. Once the customer sees the high quality and 3D animation, the selling is simple. Plus, you don’t have to pay for your sample cups until you submit your payment!
11. Can I choose select teams for my Fuel Up Cups sample pack?
You may select the teams for your Fuel Up Cups sample packs. The SpiritCups product samples come in packs of four of the same team. SpiritTravelCups product samples come in packs of two of the same team.
12. Can I buy Fuel Up Cups directly from your company, if I am not involved in a school?
Our organization only processes orders from Fuel Up Cups-participating schools. Our priority is to help those schools reach their goals. Please contact the school that was participating in the Fuel Up Cups program in your area and ask them to consider placing an additional order with us.
13. Can I order a custom cup with my school or organization’s logo on it?
Our research shows that for the best results, schools have greater success selling our licensed products because your customers want to buy products featuring their favorite professional football teams. Orders

15. How do I place my school’s master order online?
It’s easy – go to the Place Master Order page. Login with your customer ID and password you received in the initial signup process. Place your master order using categories on the left and add items to your shopping cart. Review your shopping cart and then check out. Review your final order and submit.
16. I forgot my customer ID or password – how can I retrieve it?
When placing your master order you will be asked to sign in. Click on “Forgot Your Password.” Provide your Customer ID and the password will be emailed to the school coordinator who first signed up. If you have forgotten both your Customer ID and password, please call our Customer Care at 1-888-825-9339.
17. Can I collate my master order online?
To minimize error, we recommend collating your order before placing online. In placing your order online, our shopping cart process does allow orders to be edited and added to by using the continue shopping button. However, our experience shows that collating in advance is very helpful.
18. What payment types do you accept online?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover), e-checks, check / money order, and school purchase order.
19. Our school received samples. How do we make payment?
If your school received sample cups at the start of your Fuel Up Cups program, you may make payment online when placing your master order or send payment with the master order form. Orders placed which have an outstanding sample cup balance will not ship until payment is made. Contact Customer Care if you have questions at 1-888-825-9339.
20. How long will it take for my school to receive the final order?
Once your school submits the master order form, and payment (or purchase order) is verified, cups will ship within 2-3 weeks.
21. I received a payment error – what could be the problem?
Please verify your payment information. If you are making payment using Visa Debit, please verify your daily limit amount with your bank (this is a common payment error for orders over $500 / 50 packs). Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-825-9339 if you have questions.
22. Will sales tax be added to orders?
At this time 12 states are required to pay sales tax. For more information click here.
23. Is there a shipping and handling fee?
Orders above 48 items qualify for FREE shipping! Orders with less than 48 items will be charged a $30 for shipping and handling.
24. I ordered the wrong Fuel Up Cups pack. Can I return the pack and swap it for the correct one?
Yes, you can. Please return the product and enclose a Return and Exchange form. Download the Return and Exchange form here.
25. I’ve already submitted my master order, but I’m interested in ordering additional cups. How do I place an additional order?
If you’ve already placed your master order but want to order more Fuel Up Cups, please call our Customer Care team at 1-888-825-9339 within 45 days, and we will waive any additional shipping & handling.
